Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. grated cheese (Colby or Cheddar)
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cube bread in bottom of a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Spread grated cheese over bread.
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard and melted butter.
    Use mixer or blender.
    Pour mixture over bread and cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    You may add chipped ham or bacon before putting on the cheese, if you wish.
