Cheese Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls (room temperature)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, separated
Preparation
    Cream the cheese and sugar.
    Add egg yolk, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Spread one package of rolls on bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan. Spread cheese mixture over rolls and layer the next package of rolls on top of cheese mixture.
    Brush rolls with egg white and one tablespoon of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
