Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    6 slices bread, trimmed
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
    2 c. half and half
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Arrange buttered bread in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan or dish. Layer with sausage and cheese.
    Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and pour over cheese.
    Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
