Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cube steaks
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 chopped onion
Preparation
    Pound flour into cube steaks until very flat.
    Fry quickly in hot oil; brown on both sides.
    Put in small roaster; add tomato juice and chopped onion.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
