Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    3 eggs
    dash of salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
    8 slices white bread with no crust
Preparation
    Melt butter and let cool.
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar, milk and salt to eggs.
    Add butter and pineapple. Cut bread into cubes with steak knife.
    Toss into pineapple mixture lightly. Butter bottom of casserole dish.
    Pour in mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Broil lightly, if needed.
    This dish is especially good served with a baked ham.
