Peach Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 can sliced peaches
2 1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, separated
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
In saucepan, combine sugar and 1/2 stick butter; melt, stirring to combine.
Spread on bottom of pan.
Arrange peaches over brown sugar in circles.
