Chicken Casserole #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or more chicken breasts
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    melted butter
Preparation
    Boil chicken breast for one hour.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cook chicken.
    Cut up and pull from bone.
    Place chicken in bottom of casserole.
    Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
    Mix crackers with butter and spread over top.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
