Chinese Eggrolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    Bean sprouts
    4 fresh mushrooms, chopped
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
    1/4 cup water chestnuts
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. skin rolls (eggroll wrappers)
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Heat sesame oil in large skillet.
    Quickly cook bean sprout over high heat, stirring constantly.
    Add 4 fresh mushrooms chopped, water chestnuts, and cook approximately 2 minutes.
    Add meat, onions, salt, pepper, soy sauce and sugar. Set aside to cool.
