Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. corn meal
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix together meal, onion, corn, peppers, eggs and oil.
    Mix well.
    Pour half of mixture in greased skillet.
    Put cheese over it, then pour remaining over cheese.
    Cook in 425\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
