Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 stick margarine
    1 (3 oz.) box banana pudding mix
    1 tsp. banana flavor
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. nuts
    3 very ripe bananas
Preparation
    Cream sugar, margarine, pudding mix and eggs.
    Then add bananas, then flour and flavoring.
    Beat together.
    Fold in nuts. Put in 2 (9 1/2 x 5 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
    Bake 45 minutes or until done in 350\u00b0 oven.
    You can keep this bread up to 6 months in your freezer.
    If your kids love raisins, why not add a cup for them. They'll love you for it.
