Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. oil or shortening
Preparation
    Reserve 1/4 cup liquid from salmon.
    Add egg and flour to salmon; mix well.
    Add baking powder to reserved liquid to foam good.
    Mix in salmon.
    Make into patties.
    Fry in hot oil or shortening, browning on both sides.
