Applesauce Raisin Nut Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. Natural applesauce
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix all together. Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease and flour Bundt or tube pan. Beat with spoon or fork until smooth.
Bake about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes (until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean). Allow to cool before removing from pan.
