Linda'S Oriental Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spaghetti
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil (divided use)
    1 lb. chicken, pork or beef, cut in strips for stir-fry
    large pkg. frozen Chinese vegetables
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
    Drain and place in large bowl.
    Toss with soy sauce.
    In large frying pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon peanut oil.
    Add ginger, garlic and meat. Stir-fry until cooked.
    Remove and add to spaghetti.
    Add remaining tablespoon of oil to pan and add vegetables.
    Stir-fry until tender-crisp.
    Toss meat and vegetables with spaghetti. Serve a bit warm or at room temperature.
    Serves 6 hungry people.
