Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 slice bread, torn into pieces
    3/4 c. milk
    4 oz. process American cheese, cut in cubes (1 c.)
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Prepare the vegetables according to package; drain.
    Put bread in blender.
    Blend into coarse crumbs and set aside.
    Put milk, cheese, flour and salt in blender; blend until smooth.
    Combine broccoli and eggs.
    Pour into 1-quart casserole.
    Combine butter and crumbs.
    Sprinkle over top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
