Tangy Mustard Cauliflower For Microwave - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Put cauliflower and water in a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole with plastic wrap or glass lid.
    Microwave for 9 minutes on High. Drain the liquid.
    Combine the mayonnaise, onion, mustard and salt in a small bowl.
    Mix well and spoon on top of the cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on Roast power to heat topping and melt the cheese.
    Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
