Hamburger And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans beef broth
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper
    diced onion (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain grease.
    In 13 x 9-inch baking pan add rice, then cooked ground beef and onion.
    Spread evenly into pan.
    Pour beef broth and water into pan.
    Cut margarine in small pieces and place on top of beef.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
