Barbecue Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bacon
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 qt. green beans, fresh or canned, drained
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Cook
bacon in a heavy iron skillet until crisp.
Drain on paper
towel.
Cook
onion\tand
garlic in remaining bacon drippings
until tender.
Combine all ingredients in a lightly greased crock-pot.\tCook
on
low
for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
