Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chuck steak (1/2-inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium green peppers
    2 Tbsp. cut up onions
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1/2 c. cut up celery
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips; sprinkle with meat tenderizer. Brown in oil.
    Cut green peppers into thin strips.
    Add onions, garlic and celery to steak.
    Saute for 2 minutes until vegetables are done.
    Combine cornstarch, water and soy sauce.
    Add to steak. Cook until it simmers and thickens.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
