Baked Mashed Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 egg yolks
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Add egg yolks and parsley to mashed potatoes.
    Beat egg white until stiff and fold into potato mixture.
    Shape into balls.
    Bake in lightly greased muffin tins or drop on a greased sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until crisp.
    Turn to brown evenly.
