Mother'S Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. cream
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour (really heaping)
3 c. fresh rhubarb, cut in small pieces
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix egg, cream sugar and flour.
Add rhubarb and raisins.
Put in unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Knife should come out of custard clean.
