Lavash Hatz(Armenian Cracker Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. flour (can substitute 1 c. whole wheat flour for 1 c.)
Preparation
    This is pretty simple bread, which is kind of a cracker, with big bubbles on it.
    Every few months my grandmother would spend the day baking it and hand over a couple of shopping bags full of them to each of the families.
