Scalloped Potatoes With Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
4 c. sliced, peeled potatoes
1 c. diced ham
2/3 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In saucepan, melt butter.
Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well mixed.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat.
