Hearty Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans tuna
6 oz. uncooked noodles
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onion
2/3 c. sour cream
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
1 small zucchini
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 medium chopped tomato
Preparation

Drain and flake tuna.
Cook noodles.
Combine noodles, tuna, celery and green onion.
Blend sour cream, mustard, mayonnaise, thyme and salt.
Spoon 1/2 mixture into buttered casserole dish. Top with 1/2 zucchini.
Repeat layers.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped tomatoes.
