Collard Greens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

bundle of collards
ham hocks
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Wash collards thoroughly.
Tear in small pieces.
Pour 3 or 4 cups of water over collards.
Put into large pot in which ham hocks have been cooking for about 30 minutes.
Cook about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
