Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple syrup and water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated raw carrots
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add pineapple juice and water, vinegar and salt.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold carrots, pineapple and nuts into slightly thickened gelatin.
Turn into individual molds, pan or bowl.
Chill until firm.
Makes 6 servings.
