Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium sized onion
    1 medium sized green pepper
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 can whole tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper that has been sliced in thin strips.
    Add rice, tomatoes, chili powder, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Serve with garden salad.
