Tabbouleh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches parsley (remove stalks)
    1 c. bulgur (cracked wheat grade 1)
    juice of 2 lemons
    2 tomatoes, diced very fine
    1/2 onion, chopped very fine
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Chop parsley in food processor; put in salad bowl (chop fine). Chop onion and add to parsley.
    Add diced tomatoes.
    Wash bulgur; drain water and add to parsley.
    Add rest of ingredients; toss.
    Adjust salt to taste.
    Bulgur will soften after about 15 to 20 minutes.
