Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar meat flavored spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Dip chicken into egg; roll in bread crumbs, coating thoroughly.
    Heat oil in a medium skillet; cook chicken until lightly browned on both sides.
    Pour spaghetti sauce into an 11 x 7-inch baking dish; arrange chicken on sauce.
    Top with cheeses. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
