Chicken-N-Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer or 4 chicken breasts
    salt, pepper and paprika
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. rice
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (add water to make 1 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. Sauterne wine
Preparation
    Melt butter in casserole with rice, soup mix, mushrooms and liquids.
    Place chicken, skin side up, over rice and cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Remove foil last 15 minutes.
