Chicken And Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped canned pimiento
    2 to 3 lb. ready to cook broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Advance Preparation:
    Combine rice, broth, soup, 1/4 cup water, pimiento and onions.
    Turn into 13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
    Place chicken atop; season with salt and pepper.
    Cover; chill.
