Helen'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    3 cups sugar
    3 cups plain flour
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp each vanilla and lemon flavorings
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese together.
    Adding eggs and baking powder and flavorings.
    Add flour last, and do not mix too much after adding flour.
    Pour in large tube pan (greased and floured).
    A Bundt pan will NOT hold this cake.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours on 325.
    You can used the baking powder or not.
    To make a crunchy top; put the cake in a cold oven.
