Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    4 slices bacon or equivalent in bacon bits
Preparation
    Peel and mash the avocados, discarding the pits.
    Add the lemon juice, onion and salt.
    Place in serving bowl, spreading the mayonnaise on top, sealing to edges of the bowl.
    Chill.
    At serving time, stir in mayonnaise and cooked bacon which has been crumbled or bacon bits.
    Serve with corn chips.
