Country Crust White Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Stir in sugar, salt, eggs, oil and 3 cups of flour.
Beat until smooth.
Mix in enough flour to make dough easy to handle.
Turn dough onto floured surface.
Knead 10 to 15 minutes.
Place in greased bowl.
Turn greased side up.
(At this point, dough can be stored 3 to 4 days.)
Cover.
Let rise until double, about 1 hour.
Punch down.
Divide in half.
Place in two greased loaf pans.
Let rise until double, about 1 hour.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Brush loaves with butter when done.
