Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (7 oz.) cans whole green chiles
    1 lb. Muenster cheese, shredded
    1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
    4 eggs
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Drain the chiles.
    Using a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, line the dish with alternating layers of chiles, Muenster and Jack cheeses, beginning with chiles on the bottom.
    Repeat until all are used. Separate eggs.
    Beat yolks, adding flour, salt and milk.
    Beat whites; fold in yolk mixture.
    Pour over chiles and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove and pour tomato sauce over top; bake 30 minutes longer.
    Let set 15 minutes before serving.
