Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can refried beans
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    12 uncooked lasagna noodles
    2 c. water
    2 c. salsa
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. sliced green onions
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, refried beans and garlic powder.
    Place 4 uncooked noodles in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Spread half of beef mixture over the noodles.
    Top with 4 more noodles and remaining beef mixture.
    Cover with 4 more noodles.
    Combine water and salsa.
    Pour over all.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
