Crustless Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
    4 whole eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sweet milk
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 greased pie pans. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or longer until firm.
