Coca-Cola Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Coca-Cola
2 sticks oleo
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Heat together Coca-Cola, oleo and cocoa until oleo is melted. Set aside to cool.
Sift flour, sugar and soda into a bowl.
Add about 3 cups miniature marshmallows and stir to coat all.
Beat eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
Add this mixture to the Coca-Cola mixture.
Stir this into the dry ingredients.
Pour into a greased pan.
(I prefer a sheet cake pan or a 15 x 11-inch cake pan, but any flat cake pan may be used.
A larger pan gives a brownie texture with more icing.)
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven unti the center is barely done.
Test with a toothpick.
No definite time can be given, depends on the size of the pan used.
