7-Grain Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    3 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. canola oil
    2/3 c. molasses
    1/2 c. each of 7 grains (millet, quinoa, white wheat, oats, bulgur, wheat germ, oat bran or any kind you like)
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    3 c. white flour
    3 pkg. Red Star quick rise yeast
Preparation
    Boil water, add milk and heat to scalding.
    Add salt, canola oil and molasses, then add 1/2 cup each of 7 different grains and cool mixture to lukewarm, then add whole wheat flour, white flour and yeast.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Pour on heavily floured board and knead, adding flour as needed.
    Let rise until double in bulk and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done.
    Very good and healthy too!
