Broccoli Casserole #5 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    1 can mushroom soup
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 can sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook
    broccoli\t5
    minutes (omitting salt); drain.
    Cut into small
    pieces
    and\tcover
    bottom
    of
    10
    1/2 x 6 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch
    buttered baking dish.
    Stir together soup, cheese, mayonnaise, egg, milk and chestnuts slowly until well blended. Pour
    over\tbroccoli.
    Mix\tbread
    crumbs in melted butter and sprinkle over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
