Quick Peanut-Mallow Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. white chocolate or almond bark (can get it at WalMart)
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. roasted peanuts (light salt)
2 c. or more if preferred miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Melt chocolate or almond bark in a double boiler or heavy saucepan over low heat.
Add peanut butter.
Stir and remove from heat.
Add roasted peanuts (light salt).
When cool, but not set, add miniature marshmallows.
Stir to coat.
Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper.
Makes 7 dozen.
