Japanese Snow Pea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken, fish or seaweed broth
    2 slices fresh ginger, peeled
    1/4 lb. snow peas, trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a 2-quart casserole.
    Cover tightly and cook on High for 4 to 6 minutes or until just heated through.
