Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
    6 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. frozen hash browns
    8 eggs, lightly beaten
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Stir all ingredients together. Spoon into 12 x 17-inch pan.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake the next morning at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
    Serves 10 to 12.
