Great Seasonal Grape Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    24 large marshmallows
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 lb. seedless grapes (red or green)
    lettuce
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour and slowly stir in milk.
    Add 12 marshmallows, one at a time, until melted and then remaining 12 marshmallows.
    Then remove from heat.
    Add pineapple and grapes, mix well and refrigerate.
    Serve in mounds on lettuce.
    Makes about 8 servings.
