Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) bag Tater Tots
1 lb. Smokies or cubed ham
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 doz. eggs
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Layer Tater Tots, meat, cheese and onion in a 9 x 15-inch pan. Mix eggs, seasonings and milk.
Pour over ingredients in pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 10 to 12.
