Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 chicken or equivalent, boiled and deboned
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Doritos
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add chicken, tomatoes and soups.
    Cook until mixture bubbles. Grease long casserole dish.
    Layer chips and chicken mixture, ending with chips.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until cheese melts.
