Penne With Zucchini And Sage Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. julienned fresh sage leaves
    3 medium zucchini, julienned
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 lb. penne or ziti, cooked according to pkg. directions and drained
Preparation
    Heat butter, olive oil and sage leaves in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in zucchini, salt and pepper.
    Cook, stirring, until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
