French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large onions, halved and sliced
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1/4 c. vegetable soup powder or Barth's Nutra Soup
    3 Tbsp. tamari sauce
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    toasted bread and Mozzarella cheese (for garnish)
Preparation
    Saute onions until soft.
    Put into large pot of water.
    Add soup powder, tamari sauce and Parmesan cheese.
    Simmer for 2 hours.
    Serve with toasted bread in a bowl and melted Mozzarella on top of soup.
