Hot Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 pkg. dried red crushed chili peppers
Preparation
    Have cheeses at room temperature.
    Into a large bowl, blend by hand the cheeses, garlic and pecans.
    Form into long rolls.
    On wax paper, sprinkle the crushed peppers and roll the cheese rolls in the peppers.
    Enclose in the wrap, then fold and freeze.
    (The chili peppers can be put into a blender and pulverized; they blend into the cheese better.)
