Creamy Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 c. thinly sliced onion
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
1 1/4 c. salad dressing
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender; drain well, peel and cube.
Add celery, onions and sweet pickles.
Combine salad dressing, sugar, celery seed, vinegar, mustard and salt.
Add mixture to potatoes and toss lightly to coat potatoes.
Carefully add chopped eggs. Cover and chill.
Serves 8.
