Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chuck (fresh meat)
    1/2 lb. ground lean pork (fresh meat)
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. rice
    1 can onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. parsley
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a covered skillet.
    Put lid on skillet and bake at 325\u00b0 for 70 minutes.
    Do not open during cooking.
    I use a cast-iron chicken frying skillet with lid.
